1st Hour Meal 

The beginning of Rhythmic Ingestion, founded by Dr. Farid Zarif. Ingest this meal during the first hour of awakening. The first hour meal is comprised of 4-8 oz. of fresh filtered water, 3- 5 servings of fresh whole fruit, with the exception of cold climates that may require warm meals such as whole cereals.
